Shipping methods vary depending on your region. For some regions there may be a number of shipping methods available. To see what shipping methods are available for your region please look at the shipping options presented during checkout. All orders are shipped via a fully tracked service. Next day delivery in the UK is offered as standard. We are able to ship worldwide and for those countries not listed please contact us for further details.
The estimated delivery time will vary depending on your location and the method of shipping chosen. We do our best to process and dispatch all orders on the same working day. In the UK next day delivery is offered as standard. For orders within Europe typical delivery time is 3-5 working days, and for deliveries outside of Europe delivery time is approximately 5-12 working days.
All orders are processed and dispatched from our business premises in the United Kingdom, where all of our stock is held.
Yes, we deliver our watch rolls worldwide. The shipping costs depend on the size, weight, and destination. You can calculate the exact shipping amount by placing items in your shopping cart, going to the checkout page, and entering your shipping address.
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation from us. We will keep you updated about your order's progress via email. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to notify you and provide you with tracking information. You can then use the tracking number to track either through our website or directly with the shipping provider. All UK orders are shipped via DPD and if a contact number is provided you will receive text updates and a delivery window. If you have any issues with tracking your order, please contact us.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will investigate the issue for you.
In the rare instance that you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement for you.
This will depend on your local laws and customs procedures. Depending on your region there may be additional import taxes for your order. Customs or handling charges that may be levied in any destination country are beyond our control and we are unable to accept any responsibility for these. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Please note that on some rare occasions customs agents may delay the delivery of your order. We are unable to accept responsibility due to customs.
ORDERING
To place an order, first go to the product you wish to purchase. Clicking on “Shop” takes you to our online store where you can browse our available products. Select the product you wish to purchase and click on “Add to Cart”. Click on the checkout and follow the prompts to fill in your details to place the order. If you have any issues or questions about placing an order, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.
You will receive email notifications on the status of your order, whilst it is processing and once it has been dispatched along with tracking details. You can check the status of your order through our website with your order ID and email address.
To change or modify your order please contact us directly and we will be happy to help. Please note that we are only able to make changes or cancel your order prior to it being fulfilled and dispatched. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
WARRANTY & RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
All of our products are covered by the Luxury Watch Rolls 2-year (24 months from date of purchase) warranty. If you experience any issues with one of our products, please contact us for assistance.

PRODUCT
The quality of the materials we use in the manufacture of our watch rolls is what sets us apart. We pride ourselves that every watch roll is handmade using the finest full grain Nappa leather, widely regarded as the highest quality leather available. The interior is lined with suede material, which is incredibly soft and protects all parts of the watch, preventing scratches or damage.
Luxury Watch Rolls currently offer a range of watch rolls suitable for the storage of one, two or three watches (plus one you can be wearing).
Our watch pillows are easily compressible and flexible, creating the perfect fit for watches of any size. Watch bracelets or bands as small as 6” can comfortably fit our compressible pillows without putting unnecessary additional strain of your watch bracelet.
Absolutely! Our watch rolls are designed for keeping your watches safe when travelling. The secure metal snaps and recessed cover create a seal to protect your watches from dirt, dust, and therefore scratches!

Our watch rolls are the perfect accessory for any watch lover. Each watch roll is provided with in a gift box and a luxuriously soft velvet storage bag, making it the ideal gift to yourself or someone else.
All of the watches shown in any images of our watch rolls are not included in the sale of any watch rolls. They are used for illustrative purposes to demonstrate the capabilities of our watch rolls and help you visualise your collection in one of our watch rolls.
Caring for your Luxury Watch Rolls watch roll is simple due to the quality of the full grain leather used. As all our leather is genuine vegetable tan, it will develop a patina over time, adding to the character of your watch roll. To care for the leather keep it away from heat sources and never blow dry the leather. Don’t use brushes or bristles to clean the leather, only a damp cloth should be used if required and allowed to dry naturally. Oils and conditioners can be used, however these are not required. If cared for correctly, then our watch rolls will last for many years.
